Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! International shipping charges will be worked out per order. If you contact us then we will inform you of the costs.
How often do you change or update your stock?
We are continually reviewing and updating our stock so keep our website bookmarked so you can see the new additions.
How do we pay for our order?
Our preferred payment is via Paypal, which is a secure, fast and easy way to purchase goods with your credit or debit card. You do not need to register on Paypal to pay and Paypal does not share your financial information with us. We do except cheques by post but all cheques must be cleared before your order will be shipped. Therefore please allow 10 days for shipping.
What is your returns policy?
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase you may return them for a full refund or exchange within two weeks of purchase, in an unworn/unused condition. Please enclose a covering letter explaining the reason for your return/exchange and provide us with a daytime contact telephone number. We reserve the right to refuse to exchange any goods returned to us that have been worn, damaged or tampered with. We advise customers to obtain a free certificate of posting from the post office when returning, as we are not responsible for delivery. You are responsible for return postage unless you are returning faulty goods.

Do you have a delivery charge?
Yes, our delivery charges are worked out per order total and are as follows; £3.45 for orders up to the value of £20.00, £4.00 for orders over £20.00 and up to the value of £40.00, and £5.50 for orders over £40.00.
How long from placing our order will we receive our goods?
From receipt of order and if the shower hats are in stock we would expect orders to be shipped within 7-10 working days. If the shower hats are not in stock we will inform you immediately by email.
